“It is hereby stated that the Personal Data supplied to ARTE RADIOTELEVISIVO ARGENTINO S.A. is solely for the purpose of the commercial or work relation between the parties, as appropriate.”

 

It is also informed that according to Regulation 10/08 of the DNPDP (National Directorate for Personal Data Protection): “Any person must be able to exercise the right of free access to data relating to him at periods of not less than six months, unless there was a legitimate interest such a purpose, pursuant to Section 14, paragraph 3 of Act 25.326.”

 

“The DNPDP, control body for Act 25.326, shall be the intermediary for complaints and actions filed with respect to the breach of personal data protection regulations.”
